The Blessing Table

As a newly married couple, Rogers and I came into our marriage with only a couple of pieces of furniture. As most married couples starting out, we have been living with the bear minimum in our flat (apartment) for the last three months. We have both been praying for the Lord to bless us and our little family with a dining table & chairs or the money to purchase one. God answered our prayers last Friday when my friend, Fay, gave us her dining table to use temporarily. She is in the process of moving some of her extra furniture and needed to store her table, so we are being blessed with the use of it for the next 3 months.

This table has been a great blessing to the family already! No more sitting on the floor or on make shift seats during dinner. We have all enjoyed sitting around the table, as a family, talking, joking and enjoying meals together. Thank you Lord for this Blessing!
