New Member of the Family

About a month ago we got a new member to our little family here in Masaka. No it’s not a baby or a child it is a dog. Do to some very unfortunate situations we lost all of Jacqui and Dave’s dogs in the last 6 months, so our friend Tony Jjunju gave us one of his dogs.

The dogs name is Scooby, yes Scooby, like the cartoon dog. One of Tony’s daughters named him. Scooby is about a year old so he’s very much a “puppy” and very playful. We’ve had a bit of training to do with him, but he is learning very fast. My boys enjoy him so much and play in the yard with him all the time, running and chasing him. Of course Scooby loves the boys a lot. He has taken to Rock and takes pleasure in “playing tag” with him. They run around the yard until they are both exhausted and fall in the grass together. It is really wonderful to see a boy and his dog. They I think Rock enjoys as much as Scooby does.
