I’m Officially Working
Sorry I haven’t written in a while but I’ve been working. I had to get the boys; Rock, David and Robert in school for 2nd Term and then I officially started my volunteer work for Scripture Union last Tuesday. It was a busy past week. I had a several meetings with the Masaka Area Committee Members, individually and as a team and meetings with the pastors at Masaka Pentecostal Church. All the meetings were very good. The meeting that was great was when I was able to finally meet the majority of the area committee members. We reviewed and establish our objectives for the coming year and set goals for your new team to accomplish. I was encouraged to see that not all the SU Clubs in the Masaka were dissolved and that despite challenges that committee has been working to keep the Clubs going. It was also great to welcome some new committee members. I’m excited to see what we as a team can build on and launch this year.
Please pray:
• For doors to be open in new schools throughout Masaka
• For the “knitting” of our SU Committee Team to take place
• For children and youth to be reached with the Word of the Lord
• For future Student Rallys and Patron Trainer to take place
• For God’s Plan for the children and youth here in Masaka to be carried out
• For me to hear God and have the wisdom, knowledge and faith for His plan to be carried out
