Fun Day with H.U.G. Friends

A few Saturdays ago the boys and I were able to meet up with the director and youth from H.U.G. (Help Uganda) for a friendly game of basketball. HUG also had two university student volunteers with them. This made the game even more of a fun competition, as they male volunteer plays basketball on a regular basis at university. Since this was the 1st time that most of the youth, including the boys, had ever played basketball there was a lot of on the court learning but everyone picked the game up pretty fast. I bowed out of the game and became the “sports journalist” and photographer for the BIG game. Fun was had by all and I enjoyed watching!
